The college reserves the right to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment for students, staff, and visitors of the college. We expect all students/visitors to adhere to the law and uphold the highest ethical and moral standards of conduct in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in det365手机版官网’s Student Code of Conduct.
Students, staff, faculty, and visitors may report alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct to the Office of Student Affairs. If you witnessed or experienced a violation of the Student Code of Conduct (academic or non-academic), you should submit an incident report to the Office of Student Affairs.

Non-academic violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, harassment, physical violence, or other violations of college policies, regulations, or rules. The college considers general classroom misbehavior as a non-academic violation. Academic violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, cheating, plagiarism or falsifying official records related to the College.

Complaint/Grievance Form
The purpose of the grievance/complaint procedure is to provide students, faculty, staff and visitors of the college with a system to channel complaints against Brunswick Community College, its faculty, staff, or administration concerning: alleged discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, handicap or other conditions preferences, or behavior; or sexual harassment.
Students submit appeals related to grades, curriculum, or attendance policies and matters that are purely academic nature, directly to the student’s Instructor, Director, Department Chair or respective Dean for resolution. The Office of Student Affairs will forward any complaint received in relation to curriculum matters to the appropriate Dean for resolution.

Sexual Misconduct/Sex-Based Discrimination Form
Sexual misconduct of various forms, including, but not limited to: sexual harassment; sexual violence; gender-based harassment; intimate partner violence; stalking; intimidation; and retaliation. This includes sex-based discrimination in college programs and activities. The Title IX office works to address these concerns. To report any of these violations, please use the online reporting form link below.
Regardless of the nature of your report, det365手机版官网 will forward the information provided to the office with responsibility for investigating and addressing complaints, reports, or concerns as appropriate based on the information you have provided. The information you provide is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Parking Appeal
